Go Pink for October

October is national breast cancer awareness month.  Most of us know someone that has been affected by breast cancer.  Personally, Sarah and I's great grandmother was affected by breast cancer along with many of our friends.  So in honor of all of those whom are or have fought this battle we are going pink for October.  We will be offering several breast cancer awareness bows and flowers for sale and part of our proceeds from them will be donated to the Susan G Komen Foundation. 

This of course applies to any custom order breast cancer bow or flower.  And remember we can back almost any bow on your choice of a alligator clip, french clip, headband, pony O, bobby pin, or a pin back.  So you can use them in your hair or attach them to your favorite purse, necklace or sweater.

Have you hugged a nerd today?

Yesterday as I logged onto the internet late in the evening my dear friend 'Facebook' informed me of the loss of Steve Jobs.  And, though I'm fairly certain that none of my fb friends knew Mr. Jobs, the number of messages expressing grief over his loss was overwhelming.  Quite simply, this man was great.  He had an amazing impact on this world. 

The cofounder of Apple and inventor of such amazing things as the Apple II, Macintosh, iPod, iPhone and iPad will be greatly missed.   His death followed a long battle with cancer and took him away from the world well before his time.  This is a sad day for so many, so if you're out and about in the world today make sure you hug a nerd.

Costumes Galore

Hey Tweet Cheeks fans.....

It's that bewitching time of year again.  One of my absolute favorite times of year... Halloween!  'Cause, let's face it, who doesn't love dressing up and eating tons of candy.  lol.  And now that I have kids there's a whole new level of fun.  You get to dress your kids up in the cutest little outfits ever imagined!  Then eat lot's of candy with them and watch Charlie Brown's The Great Pumpkin.  Hooray!!

This year Tweet Cheeks has decided to take it up a notch on our costumes.  We are having a blast creating all kinds of cutie little things for the kiddos.  So far I've only posted a few outfits... but we have so many more in the works.  And of course we are open to doing whatever custom costume your little brain can come up with.  And we can make them in any size.. they can be personalized... so many options!

We are in the process right now of finishing up a devil, a ghost, and a butterfly.. and then we will begin on another little pumpkin costume, a witch, sock monkey, and a hippo... Oh and I can't forget the fairy princess outfit we are making... So Excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
